We've had some obscure encoding issues with python 2.7.2 (on my OSX dev box only--otherwise, we wouldn't have noticed) related to this bug: http://bugs.python.org/issue1548891

It's reasonable to assume that we will encounter more bugs of the same type, so it would be useful to run zpm builds/tests on 2.7.2 as well to ensure compatibility.

It's worth noting that https://github.com/zerovm/zpm/pull/90/files adds support for more python versions, but not specifically 2.7.2.
