Nightly RPM packaging

We can let Jenkins do this directly, but it would probably be better to let Jenkins trigger a build on Launchpad and the openSUSE Build Service. That will allow us to easily build packages for many different distributions.

The build services can also host the the binary packages produced, but we're also free to download them and host them ourselves.
