Duplicate imports #3

Got:

import { Money } from "./Money"
import { Money } from "./Money"

export class MyClass {
		money1: Money;
		money2: Money;
}

Expected:

import { Money } from "./Money"

export class MyClass {
		money1: Money;
		money2: Money;
}

@simonharrer this issue also exists in our fork (see latest pull-request) but I'm not sure how to fix it.

But I think it is because the Import is duplicate in this line. That is the property that gets rendered with the the mustache model template.
