Move Kernel Parameters, pg_hba.conf, and postgresql.conf to Ambari configurables. Look into disabling the modification of Greenplum settings which cannot be changed after instantiation.

pg_hba.conf can now be appended to via Ambari. postgres.conf still needs to be done though. Last value wins in postgres.conf, but we'll want to comment out and previous values if we're appending them through Ambari so as to not confuse anyone who may be reading through the file.

Issue with pg_hba configuration. In the configuration section post installation the textarea still shows up as a textbox.
