Fix "simple example" book text to match code

In 4c5a830 I adjusted simple_example.rs to add a constant factor (to show an example of loading in a constant). However, the non-code text of the book page wasn't updated, so it still shows the original constrained relation. This should be fixed (independently of rewriting the simple example book pages in #727).
