Crash on creation of new entry

I was testing Journaley on a different Win 10 system. After the initial setup where I put the journal folder in Documents folder I found that creating a new entry causes a crash dialog with the following exception attached:

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

This is weird. I may not be able to completely resolve this, but it should make it not crash at the least.
