[BUG]: "Do not recommend this channel" option has disappeared from context menu after last major update

Steps to reproduce the bug

I checked in menus to make sure it wasn't something I turned off...
I restarted device after last update (several times)
I waited patiently for a few weeks to see if feature would be returned with update.
No matter what i do i cant get this option to appear on video contex menus.
