问题描述

禁止下载app基础组件功能失效
开启后依旧会下载app基础组件

复现步骤

清理app基础组件缓存
重新打开b站，疯狂跑网速，在下载app基础组件

预期行为

禁止下载

实际行为

下载了

🤯不记得从哪个版本开始出现的，issue界面写着非最新版可能不受理
