Description

In our Live Migration docs (and with Fall Forward, Fall Backward) we call out the need to remove the ybvoyager user at the end of the migration, however this is only called out in the Create User section. This section is toward the beginning of the doc and the note could be forgotten. We should repeat this note in the Cutover to Target section
