Utils.py (missing get_best_hyperparameter)

Hi,
I was writing to implement what was given, and during the process, I received the error that the program "cannot import name 'get_best_hyperparameters' from 'models.utils'." I checked utils.py specifically and believe that I actually did not find get_best_hyperparameter. Please let me know if there is any misunderstanding, or if something is missing. Thank you.
