socket 接收报文问题请教 #21

IO 端口完成后，回调 IO_Completed 进行报文的接收处理，此时的上下文环境，是不是可能存在每个报文的线程是不同的？
如果是这样的话，递交给应用的报文是不是就会在不同的线程中？
