I'll try to smash some endpoints out. I think I'll keep the sign-up function on web-auth since although we don't want people creating accounts out of the blue, I still want it to have that functionality so if someone else was to use it they could enable that functionality. So there will be some light duplication in that regard but hopefully not too much.
