Token supply not fetched for user

User is complaining that they did not get the token even through they tried to create token multiple times.

To be checked if user has transferred the token

Additionally, when the token creation fails the app now shows as "Processing" but the tokens never get added to the cansiter.

Proposed Solution
Add a function for deleting tokens.
We can send a delete request on the web app if creation fails but canister still has the entry
