Settings

Enabled all the built-in filters lists + a few more from DandelionSprout including this filter list.

Notes

I've tested the issue resetting uBlock Origin to the default settings and it still persists. Removing this rule patreon.com##.reactWrapper > div:nth-of-type(1), header:style(position: absolute !important;) fixes the issue for me. I saw that there already was a issue for Patreon but it described a different issue than the one I experienced.
