Description:

With the upcoming addition of the Broadcast API in the Yorkie JS SDK PR #884, we need to update the documentation to include:

The basic usage of Broadcast and Subscribe interfaces.
Key limitations, such as the requirement to enable real-time sync in order to receive broadcast events
