Drink blood packs, don't gain new abilities, doesn't count towards extract blood objective.

If it was, I don't see why bloodsuckers are exclusively allowed to do this (considering they're the ones who can do far more damage in a single instance).

bloodsuckers gain less blood from bloodbags compared to people and vampires do get blood to use for using abilities from bloodbags
