Textarea is covered when the viewport is under 1079px width

In firefox using a 1024x760 resolution the div id="right-panel" covers textarea id="wmd-input-second".
Using firefox responsive design view I found that the problem is present under 1079 pixels width.

Great point to raise. We haven't worked out issues with a responsive layout yet but will do so shortly.
