Please describe the enhancement you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Some repositories might need an updated docker build to be run whne the release trigger runs.
Therefore we need to research first how we can determine if it's nccessary or not.

How would you imagine the implementation of the enhancement?

I assume a file or some version in package.py to indicate new new docker version will be needed.

Are there any labels you wish to add?
