Please describe the enhancement you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

client:
you can only set certain attributes, like DL groups, on a DCC basis. It is quite usual to have different needs related to tasks. A modeling turntable might need to use a different set of render blades than a lighting task, for example.
