Lots of time a project can have different parts (i.e. packages) that falls under different license type. currently there's no way to keep 'AutoHeaderInsertion' turn on and having these parts of the project untouched. Having this option can greatly increase one productivity. Please consider supporting this feature. [Or if I miss something please let me know.]
