This is an NLP workshop to introduce a variety of verbal analytics techniques used to analytics in a dialogue conversation. This includes:
- Dialogue acts
- EDA: topic modeling
- Other unsupervised learnings
The goal is to provide some boilerplate code that could be customized for different use cases.
