What steps will reproduce the problem?

Call any of VK-API method with parameter user_ids, for example: https://vk.com/dev/users.get

What's expected?

Usual VK-API result for given ids.

What do you get instead?

The user_ids parameter reassigned to null at VKontakte::applyAccessTokenToRequest method:

yii2-authclient/src/clients/VKontakte.php

Line 115 in 36d98ae

$data['user_ids'] = $accessToken->getParam('user_id');

Since user_ids is null, VK returns an error.
