An unexpected interruption of FreeHiC

Hello.
I am trying to simulate a 10Gb HiC fastq file. But the FreeHiC always abruptly stop in add mutation for end 1.
I set the simN=2400000
This is the simuation fastq1 file.

Do you ever meet this problem?

Sorry for the late reply as I am traveling. I would suggest starting with a small simulation sequencing depth, for instance, simuN=24000 and see if it works. It may be because of the memory available to you but you can always simulate small fastq files independently and merge them together to get the 10Gb final file.
