YETIBOT_ENV_PREFIX=YB fails #189

if I set the env var to YB (in uppercase) - it does NOT pick up the YB_* env. variables - and hence everything fails..
That seems a bit odd :)

Thanks for reporting. The prefix logic should lowercase (env :yetibot-env-prefix) to fix this.
