CMake Error for installing Ipopt

Hello, here what I did after downloading Ipopt-3.12.13.zip in Ubuntu 18.04.

unzip Ipopt-3.12.13.zip 
git clone https://github.com/ycollet/coinor-cmake.git
cp -r coinor-cmake/Ipopt/* Ipopt-3.12.13/
cd Ipopt-3.12.13
mkdir build
cd build
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/opt/ipopt-3.12.13-2 -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RELEASE ..

Then I got:

Yes, that's normal.
The cmake files are in sync with the git repo of ipopt.
If you want to use a specific version of ipopt, tell me, I will make a branch for this version.
