Heads up: New recommendation on Piwik JavaScript tracker placement #1

Since December 2015, Piwik officially recommends to place the JavaScript tracker code just before the closing /head tag.

The new recommendation violates HTML standards (no noscript in head) but you may or may not want to update the DemoSkin to reflect this new recommendation.

For our site, we deliberately left it,where you put it, too.
