Api to list dependency/devDependencies and read their package.json? #5273

Without pnp, it's easy to list dependency/devDependencies and read their package.json.

node_modules/foo/package.json
node_modules/bar/package.json
node_modules/hello/package.json
node_modules/world/package.json

How can this be done within pnp context, there is no node_modules? 🤔
