As a System Administrator,
I need the ability to update a counter to a new value,
So that I can change counts if something went wrong.

Details and Assumptions

  • using POST action

Acceptance Criteria

Given the counter has advance to 5
When I call change count to 2
And I request the current counter
Then I should see 2 return from the service
