Thanks for your code. My env is windows and python3, so I must rebuild the pyx file, but there is a main function in the file like '_rotate_nms' and '_overlaps'. they are defined in the hpp file, but the cpp file is generated by Cython. So where are their function body? It's my first time getting in touch with Cython.

@Zhangheng-Fighter I have the same problem as you. There might be another code body not disclosed by @yangxue0827 that generates .cpp files. Could the author @yangxue0827 or someone else give a little help ?
