com.yandex.android:mobmetricalib is not up to date for Android

The platforms/android/build.gradle file is still referencing com.yandex.android:mobmetricalib:3.6.4

The latest AppMetrica SDK for Android is currently 3.18.0:

• SDK integration > Android > Changelog, https://appmetrica.yandex.ru/docs/mobile-sdk-dg/concepts/android-history.html
• Maven AppMetrica SDK, https://search.maven.org/artifact/com.yandex.android/mobmetricalib/3.18.0/aar

Given the recent reminder email to customers from the AppMetrica team urging them to upgrade AppMetrica SDK references to at least 3.10.0 to satisfy Google Location policy changes coming into effect on March 29, 2021, are there plans to upgrade this Cordova plugin before that time?
