PhraseSpotterModel use another language

Hi firstly thanks for published this helpful sdk. I want to working on Phrase Spotter because its working continuously on offline mode . But i think phrase-spotter.commands working for Russian language structure. I researched but did not find any tutorial for create Turkish language or prepared \asset files.
