sbt repo links seem broken #906

The repo links in the sbt file seem broken.
The first error I see is "Server access Error: Connection reset url=https://repo.scala-sbt.org/scalasbt/maven-snapshots/org/sonatype/oss/oss-parent/9/oss-parent-9.jar"
Followed by many more.
