ngs.plot: Quick mining and visualization of next-generation

BRIEF:
------
The program options can be displayed when you type the program name (such as 
ngs.plot.r) without any argument. There are some toy examples under the 
"example" folder. Please also read "example/README.txt". To run those toy 
examples, you need to download the bam files -  example.bam.tar.gz (~180MB) 
from ngsplot's website.
