Issue

大部分干员 III 技能index显示为 II
- 举例：缪尔赛思显示两个 II 技能
部分干员显示无index
- 举例：焰尾显示无index

Possible Cause

根据哄界面推测可能是因为border阻挡显示部分文本

Tested

Edge, Chrome, safari
页面缩放（%）
页面比例
Inspect html（script懒得读了，反正html, css应该没遮挡问题， echart改大小没解决）

应该和前一个Issue一样是宽度问题，但是这个更隐蔽。不是所有的屏幕尺寸下都会出现此问题。例如1920x1080时就无此问题
现有的页面响应下图表往左边溢出问题到底是什么原因还需要进一步调查。
