"read word" and "open in Dictionary.app" only use first syllable

Very cool package! I just discovered it tonight while I was tweaking my Doom emacs config. I think there is a bug however. When I press r to read the word or press o to open the word in the dictionary app, it appears only the first syllable is sent to those functions. For example, with point on the word "ergonomic", where I press r, it speaks "er". Likewise, when I open the word in the dictionary, it opens the word "er". Here is a screenshot:
