Calling osx-dictionary-search-input or osx-dictionary-search-pointer on the same word repeatedly randomly returns either the definition or one of the following errors. No discernible pattern.

fish: '/Users/jdoe/.emacs.d/.lo…' terminated by signal SIGBUS (Misaligned address error)
fish: '/Users/gavinhughes/.emacs.d/.lo…' terminated by signal SIGSEGV (Address boundary error)
