Since python-dbus-next, that ryzen-ppd depends on, seems no longer be maintained, I suggest switching to other dependencies.

Last commit in python-dbus-next was on 2022-09-11, and it has many open issues.

… maybe using python-dbus-fast, as the Arch Linux package's description reads "A faster version of dbus-next", and it seems to be maintained (last commit as of the time of writing this: 2024-05-08).

Thanks for the suggestion. As python-dbus-next seems to work fine with my use case for now, I don't see a reason to replace it.

I will look for alternatives it if it starts causing issues again.
