our process in dancer require a "review" branch per user.

I want to do:

gitflux review start schwern awesome_feature # git br review/schwern ; rebase devel if the branch already exists, pull awesome_feature in this branch

gitflux review finish schwern # merge --no-ff inside devel ; notify on GH that the PR is merged
