Extension not available in Chrome Web Store

I had been using this extension on a project for a few years. Now it seems the Chrome Web Store version is not available anymore (I get a 404 error when trying to access the extension page). You can check this at the following link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/pflmllfnnabikmfkkaddkoolinlfninn
Does anyone know if this is a temporary issue with Google's servers or has the extension been removed?
In any case, I was wondering if there is a way to install the extension directly from its source code, I'd appreciate if someone could help me with that.

For anyone curious, just clone this repo and load the extension from chrome://extensions/ in developer mode.

Am using it for displaying kiosk mode in touch devices like this:-

sudo git clone https://github.com/xontab/chrome-virtual-keyboard /opt/chrome-virtual-keyboard
google-chrome-stable --enable-features=UseOzonePlatform --ozone-platform=wayland --chrome-frame --kiosk "https://www.google.com" --touch-events=enabled --load-extension=/opt/chrome-virtual-keyboard

But with expiring manifest v3 not sure how long this extension will work.
