is there any implementation of stream management (xep-0198) in jabber-net?
this is a very important feature witch can prevent from message lost.

I think all the features supported by Jabber-Net from the stream namespace are listed in the stream.Factory class.

Unfortunately I don't think that it supports XEP-0198 (i.e. I can't see any reference to <sm> element anywhere in the code).

I'll mark the issue as a proposal of XEP-0198 support.
