The installation on Mac doesn't work by all means

Hello, I have been trying to install the package in R and I used all the potential means mentioned within the tutorial. It doesn't accept the installation neither through cloning the repo nor the devtools package with the required dependencies, nor through downloading the repo folder to the local system and attaching its path. Is there any potential means to get that package in R?
