Support for PSI powers, preferably MGT2 PSI powers would be a plus.

Should be 'similar' to the spells except

  • Skill could be derived from Talent( School) E.g PsionicsTelepathy
  • Difficulty is a target ( e.g trivial, easy, difficult)
  • Range categories are bands.
  • Costs are damage to a stat (Psi) which can bleed over.
  • Most stats are fixed unless they scale.
  • Examples of scale
    ** boost stats are cost of 1 psi for each point they raise. So +2 str for 2 psi damage
    ** Each range band over the default doubles the cost, so if the range is close moving to short is x2, to medium is x4, long for x8, very long x 16 etc

Damage rules are not consistent so support for custom fixed damage ranges may be needed (may be addressable with documentation)

For example

  • Effect * 3
  • Effect 0-4 nothing, 5-8 1d6, 9+ 2d6
  • JUST effect

MGT1 Is here and is very close to MGT2 https://www.traveller-srd.com/core-rules/psionics/

Cepheus EE

  • Does not appear to have a roll just a cost a minimum score to cast and a fixed maximum range
  • If PSI drops below 0 damage staminal then lifeblood.
