Windows Build shows the full VS Code GUI until full load.

When I launch code-terminal it launches just like a standard code install, but changes to a terminal roughly 5 seconds later. The VS Code Menu bar is still there.

This is indeed a lot slower than expected.

VS Code Menu bar is not removed yet, I will deal with this in next version.
