I'm using a 3rd party usb webcam and want to run some commands on startup to adjust focus and expose on the webcam. I was going to use cron to do this, but there isn't a folder for /var/spool/cron/crontabs. So I've created the folder but it is deleted on reboot.

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
