我搞了半天才清楚，逻辑上太别扭了。应该让用户自己配置-L 和-F里的HOST/PORT 。Shadowsocks里的服务地址，端口，密码，加密规则，也根据自己配置的-L设置就可以了。这样就说的通了。

是否可以fork一下，然后发个新版，感觉这个项目似乎停滞了
