[Bug] Picker getting focused when i click the hardware back button

Description

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create picker in content page
2. Focus and unfocus the picker
3. Click the Hardware back button

Expected Behavior

Navigate to the previous page

Actual Behavior

Picker getting focused.

What version of Xamarin.Forms are you using? This should be fixed by #7289 in 4.3.
