Node.js support

Is cryptico compatile with Node.js? If so, I would add a package.json file and push it to the NPM registry, and if not, I would add support for it since it's a lot far easier to use that native crypto libraries.

I removed the browser specific bits and updated the build system (using browserify for browser releases in the dist directory).

This repository hasn't really seen an update in years, some of the forks are better maintained.
