Introduction of configurable IPs has introduced an error to the vanilla vagrant up

Adding the ip variable to the jmeter::server property has caused an error, I reverted the jmeter pp to the previous commit I.e. took it out and it seems to be ok. Below is the error I received.
I am running a virtualbox version
4.3.20
with vagrant 1.6.3
