When I clicked the "Export to TSV" link it created a file called export.tsv.csv -- the .csv shouldn't be there, but could we also make it possible to choose the filename for the download?

Choosing a filename for the export file currently works as expected in chrome but not is safari, I need to test this on more browsers.
