Allow the query-layer to be active/hidden (all queries at once)

As a mapper, I can have multiple queries active with #21, which can make my map view cluttered. Therefore I need a way to toggle the query-layer off/on from the map view.

Acceptance criterias

• User can toggle all active queries off/on at the same time
• The on/off-state of specific queries does not change with this

A bit of brainstorming

This could be …

• An on/off toggle like the filter in the settings (filter on/off –> specific filter on/off => overpass-layer on/off -> specific overpass-queries on/off)
• Maybe the toggle should be on the map view (top left corner)?
• Maybe the toggle could also expand to toggle the specific queries (global on/off and specific on/offs in the same UI)
• Maybe this is the moment to find a new place for other feature that change the map-view, like the filter and the "street name check" and maybe even the "show notes", "show traces"-UI. All of them are kind of layer-toggles
